This gorgeous, soothing color palette is the primary inspiration for this year’s collection. Natural, earthy, coastal colors were front of mind for me. These hues evoke dreamy seascapes, cool breezes, blue skies, and silky beach sand. The pure essence of summer.
With the color palette selected, I thoughtfully curated a collection of decor in natural woods, warm textures, subdued art prints, and vintage patterns that speak to a casual, but sophisticated look that complemented the color palette. This is the first art collection I’ve curated that speaks to the season. I chose vintage seascape pieces specifically because they embody the coastal feel that inspired me, and the different “moods” of summer. Some days the sky is light blue with bright white clouds—a picture-perfect summer day, and other days it’s cloudy and ominous—forewarning a summer storm ahead. I love the different feelings that are represented in these seascape art prints. Each one represents a quintessential summer moment.
